How can we open a new VINET Chapter at our high school?
Step 1 – Gather Interest and Support
Start by building interest among students, teachers, or community mentors who are passionate about innovation, research, and sustainable development. Identify a faculty advisor or local mentor to guide your chapter.
Step 2 – Submit a New Chapter Request Form
Once your team is ready, complete the official VINET New Chapter Request Form.
Step 3 – Get Approval and Chapter Login Access
After your submission is reviewed and approved by the Vietnam Innovation Network Advisory Board, Director Board and your local advisor, you’ll receive an official welcome email.
How can my school or organization host VIETRESCON – Research Conference for Vietnamese High School Students?
Step 1 – Submit a Host Application
Express your interest by submitting the VIETRESCON Host Application Form. Include information about your school/organization, proposed location, event facilities, and your plan for organizing the conference (e.g., proposed dates, expected number of participants, logistics team).
Step 2 – Proposal Review and Approval
Your proposal will be reviewed by the Vietnam Innovation Network’s Executive Committee. You may be contacted for additional information or a virtual interview.
Step 3 – Receive Hosting Confirmation and Resources
Once approved, you will receive an official confirmation along with a Hosting Toolkit containing templates, branding guidelines, and planning checklists to ensure a successful event. You will also be assigned a VIETRESCON Liaison who will support you throughout the process.
